Appointment of New Board Member

AML Finance Limited (AML) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Cesear Mloka to its
Board of Directors. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience in financial services,
telecommunications, FMCG, and renewable energy, and her appointment strengthens AML’s
governance capacity as the company delivers on its 2025–2030 Strategic Business Plan.

Ms. Mloka holds a BSc in International Business Administration (Marketing) from USIU Africa, Kenya,
and has undertaken executive education at HEC Paris, London Business School, and the University of
the Witwatersrand.

She has served on several boards, including Letshego Tanzania Limited trading as Faidika (Credit
Committee Chair), FERN Tanzania (Strategy & Investment Committee Chair), and AGRIinsight
(Advisory Director). Currently, she is the Country Director of Solar Sister Tanzania, with prior senior
roles at d.light, Equity Group, Serengeti Breweries/Diageo, and Celtel (Airtel).
