Role Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that attract and retain clients. You will work closely with the management team to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients, particularly within the employee benefits sector and upper-end SMEs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our products align with market demands.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing and brand management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
JOB LOCATION
- The position will be based at AML Finance Headquarters in Mwenge Dar es Salaam.
