The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting clients who are credit-worthy and analyzing loan applications to ensure the provision of quality loans which will lead to the maximization of the company’s profit.
NECESSARY SKILLS
- Excellent loan analysis skills
- Two years’ experience in banking or microfinance
- Marketing skills
- Background on financial aspect banking or microfinance operations.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong report writing skills.
- High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Banking, Financial Management, Microfinance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration majoring in Finance, Banking, Microfinance, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Financial Sector.
JOB LOCATION
- The position will be based at AML Finance Headquarters in Mwenge Dar es Salaam.
REPORTING LINE
- The position will be reporting to the Credit Manager.
