Carolyn B. Lyimo is a visionary and results-driven executive with over 20 years of experience in international and local organizations. Over her 15-year tenure at AML, she has played a pivotal role in driving transformation, growth, and strategic direction.

As a member of the Executive Committee and a key attendee at Board of Directors meetings, Carolyn has held leadership roles spanning operations, marketing, and credit. As Head of Operations, she spearheaded HR initiatives that enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. In her role as Marketing Manager, she led client acquisition strategies that strengthened AML’s balance sheet and market positioning.

Currently serving as Head of Credit, Carolyn oversees AML’s credit strategy, risk governance, and customer relationships, ensuring sustainable growth. Her leadership in credit risk management has helped balance growth with financial stability. She also drives strategic business alignment, marketing, and communications to enhance customer experiences and mitigate risk.

Carolyn holds an International Diploma in Management from NCC Education (UK) and diplomas in Refugee and Humanitarian Studies and General Management. Her expertise, strategic foresight, and customer-centric approach continue to shape AML’s success.
