CREDIT MANAGER

Mary is an accomplished Credit Manager at AML Finance Ltd, where she has been a key contributor since 2015. With a distinguished career spanning 18 years in Credit Operations and Management, she brings extensive expertise gained from her tenure at Tujijenge Tanzania and PRIDE Tanzania Ltd.

Before transitioning into the credit sector, Mary served as a Project Animator at Mbulu Diocese, where she developed a strong foundation in community engagement and project facilitation.

She holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Planning and Management, equipping her with comprehensive skills in project development, financial management, project execution, as well as monitoring and evaluation. In addition, she has undergone extensive professional training in areas such as Coaching, Performance Management, Attitude and Confidence Management, Customer Care, Effective Debt Recovery and Negotiation, Loan Appraisal, and Portfolio Management.
