Operations Manager

Ms. Lucy Nkwabi brings in vast experience in Human Resources and Operations space. She holds a BA (Hons), Political Science & Public Administration (University of Dar Es Salaam). She has also attended a number of short courses including Reward Management Course offered By ESAMI, Employee Engagement Workshop offered by I-performance, Conflict Management and dispute resolution by Association of Tanzania Employers ATE, Computer Training Course Advanced Level at the University of Dar es salaam Computing Centre, Contracts Management by Association of Tanzania Employers ATE, Recruitment, Performance Review, HR Cycle, Disciplinary and Grievances Handling SMC- Cape Town South Africa and Effective Leadership and Performance Management Chennels Brűmmer – SMC - Cape Town - South Africa. 

In different periods she worked with Unilever Tea Tanzania Ltd, LafargeHolcim Tanzania (Mbeya Cement Limited), Singita Grumeti Reserves and President’s Office Public Services Management starting her career as a HR graduate trainee to HRBP.
